Compact and further developed, the new "Sealed Ink Cup E" series is a state-of-the-art high quality electro-pneumatic pad printing machine. It’s the ideal starter model for stand-alone use. Based on the previous series, the "Sealed Ink Cup E" can now be connected to “transfer systems” or components of your automated system. Thanks to a 37-pole automation interface (standard equipment); it is now prepared for design enhancements with optional features. The control panel is easy to operate. The "Sealed Ink Cup E" series machines show an internationally convincing price-performance ratio.

  Concentra Pad Printing Machines

The various “Concentra” models available provide numerous application options. The processing principle, the universal control facility and the high printing speed of this multi – colour printing machine mean that it can do almost anything you want. The “Concentra” is a compact 4- or 6 colour standard tampon printing machine that also offers a variety of options for integration in semi- and fully-automatic automations. The “Concentra” is available in 60, 90,130 and 140mm cup sizes. Printing takes at only one workpiece position

  Hermetic Pad Printing Machines
As the name “Hermetic” implies, this machine type (like almost all our Tampon printing machines these days) also operates with the patented sealed ink/doctoring system developed by us. A system which is characterized by features such as ink and motif change in seconds, constant ink viscosity, low solvent evaporation, constant print quality, etc. The “electromechanically driven bench”, “built-in” and “floor-standing” models of the new Hermetic generation— all incorporates state-of-the-art developments and improvements made on the popular and reliable series of the same name. Despite having such advanced features they are extremely smooth running. And all this at unbelievably high speeds, which, by the way, can be controlled linearly.

The "ENCODER" machine series was launched in 1982 as the world's first pad printing machine with closed, that is "Hermetic", ink/doctoring system. It was specially developed for integration in all kinds of automated systems. The "DV" series has a pure pneumatic drive. It can be operated using superior controls, thereby providing you with freely configurable machine sequences.

The “TSQ” series was designed especially to deal with long, narrow print images in a single printing operation. In the past was only possible with “open” tampon printing machines, but with the “TSQ” series it is now also possible with the tried and tested “Hermetic” system.

High requirements are the core competence of the “Rapid” machine series. At home in the automated systems with very high performance requirements. An energy-efficient electromechanical drive with extremely quiet running for precision designed printing motifs will guarantee your additional benefit. The integrated membrane keyboard offers a number of setting options and makes it possible to coordinate the machine exactly to your customer-specific task. • The 'V' represents the rigid V shaped tampon bridge with the two tampons arranged on it at an angle of 60 degrees. This series features 2 colour machines with an ink/ doctoring cup diameter of 60, 90 or 130 mm. The precise machines of the V series can print in 4 colours without problems when using divided doctoring cup and the rigid component holders. The inking system is arranged in parallel so that the cliché can be changed easily from the operator side.
• Thanks to the eccentric screws (X, Y, and Z axis) it is easy to precisely set up both the clichés as well as the integrated tampon cleaning unit.

The Sculptor and a Painter in machines! This little champ has an integrated cliché production unit and a tampon printing unit. A multi-colour print motif can be engraved on the cliché directly without having to change the cliché each time for new designs. The cliché used for this purpose is as special as the machine itself and it employs a “microflex” cliché band. A complete digital to print integrated machine with Ethernet connection and a matchingly powerful “TP_alfa®” software.
The tampon unit is a “hermetic” type based on the tried and perfected “V-DUO” 2 colour machine with an ink/doctoring cup of size 2 × Ø 90 mm. Since there is no need to change the cliché as well as the ink cup, it saves enormous set-up and material inventory costs.
